Role Overview
This is a full-stack marketing role responsible for building brand, driving awareness, and generating high-quality leads through content, social media, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategy across platforms (LiinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Website)
Create educational and engaging content aligned with advisory-led approach
Manage social media channels and improve reach, engagement, and consistency
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (organic + paid)
Work on branding initiatives including campaigns, messaging, and storytelling
Collaborate with design and sales teams for campaign execution
Track performance metrics (CPL, CTR, engagement, conversion)
Requirements
5 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging content
Experience in performance marketing or lead generation is a plus
Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Success Metrics
Lead volume and cost per lead
Social media growth and engagement rates
Content performance (views, shares, retention)
Conversion from marketing to sales pipeline
