seeking dynamic professionals to lead our sales initiatives and build strong relationships with
government stakeholders.
Role Overview
The Deputy Manager – Government Sales will be responsible for driving Cube.ms adoption within
government departments and public sector organizations. This role demands a mix of business
development, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution, with regular travel across
regions to meet officials and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Cube.ms products in the government sector, focusing on construction and
infrastructure-related departments.
Meet government officials and decision-makers, present platform capabilities, and secure
new contracts.
Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations to government officers, PSUs, and
related entities.
Assist in tender preparation, submission of bids, quotations, and negotiation with
stakeholders.
Manage key accounts, oversee contract execution, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Travel extensively across northern or southern states to engage with customers and
prospects.
Coordinate with the Customer Success Team for project implementation and with the
Technical Sales Team during the pitching stage.
Develop customer-specific presentations, proposals, and collateral for pitching.
Maintain meticulous documentation for tenders, contracts, and client communications.
Additional Responsibilities
Government Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with government
departments, PSUs, and regulatory bodies.
Market Intelligence: Track government policies, upcoming tenders, and industry
developments to identify new opportunities.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to government procurement guidelines
and maintain accurate records for audits.
Strategic Growth: Contribute to Cube.ms’s expansion strategy in the government sector by
identifying new verticals and regions.
Brand Representation: Act as Cube.ms’s representative in government forums, industry
events, and conferences.
Customer Advocacy: Ensure client satisfaction and act as a bridge between government
stakeholders and Cube.ms leadership.
Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in government sales, business development, or tender
management.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Experience in construction-tech, SaaS, or infrastructure-related solutions is a plus.
