About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Client Servicing Manager with strong experience in handling 360° campaigns, including digital, print, and events. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating creative and production teams, and ensuring seamless execution across ATL, BTL, and event activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Single Point of Contact, manage day-to-day client communication and understand campaign requirements.
- Lead execution of 360° campaigns across digital assets, print collaterals, event setups, and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate with creative, content, media, production, and event teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Prepare impactful presentations, pitches, briefs, timelines, and reports, and confidently deliver them to clients.
- Ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all platforms.
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic recommendations.
- Oversee event planning, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution when required.
- Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
6-8 years of experience in client servicing / account management (agency & events experience preferred).Strong understanding of digital, print, Events (ATL / BTL), and event operations.Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure timelines.Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
