Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

• Identify and forge strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, and corporate wellness programs
• Develop tie-ups with geriatric physicians, neurologists, cardiologists, and physiotherapy centers
• Build relationships with insurance providers and third-party administrators for geriatric care packages
• Establish collaborations with NGOs, senior citizen associations, and community groups in Chennai and beyond
• Partner with medical equipment suppliers, pharmacy chains, and home healthcare providers

Market Expansion & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for our geriatric service lines (in-home care, facility-based care, telehealth, dementia care)
• Identify new market opportunities in Chennai, Tier-2 cities, and affluent suburbs
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Design and launch innovative service packages for different elderly care segments
• Expand B2C reach through community engagement and trust-building initiatives

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Target key client segments: families with elderly members, NRIs with parents in India, corporates offering elder care benefits
• Build a robust referral network with doctors, hospital discharge planners, and social workers
• Manage high-value client relationships and ensure exceptional service experience
• Develop and nurture corporate contracts for employee parent care programs
• Create loyalty programs and long-term care plans for families

Market Intelligence & Positioning

• Conduct detailed market research on Chennai s and Tamil Nadu s elderly demographics and care gaps
• Analyze competitor offerings and pricing in the geriatric care space
• Position our brand as the most trusted and innovative senior care provider
• Gather client feedback to influence service development and customization
• Monitor regulatory changes and government schemes related to elderly care

Sales Operations & Team Leadership

• Build and lead a small business development/sales team focused on consultative selling
• Develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to elderly care clients
• Implement CRM system to track leads, conversions, and client lifecycles
• Train team on empathetic communication with elderly clients and their families
• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics

Qualifications

Essential

• MBA in Marketing/Sales/Healthcare Management or equivalent
• 6+ years in business development, with at least 3 years in healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or senior care
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in services or healthcare
• Deep understanding of Chennai s healthcare landscape and cultural nuances
• Excellent network with hospitals, doctors, or corporate HR/wellness teams
• Fluency in Tamil and English (essential for client relationships)
