Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Consultant who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities for our ventures in healthcare, wellness, education, and consulting. The role requires both strategic thinking and execution capability, with regular offline collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Design monthly digital marketing plans aligned with business goals
Identify target audience, channels, and content themes
Plan campaigns for lead generation, brand building, and conversions

2. Social Media & Content Execution
Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube strategies
Coordinate with content creators/designers for posts, reels, and videos
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone

3. Performance Marketing & Analytics
Run and optimize basic paid campaigns (Meta & Google – if applicable)
Track KPIs: reach, engagement, leads, CAC, conversions
Share weekly and monthly performance reports with insights

4. Website, SEO & Funnels
Support basic SEO planning and content optimization
Improve landing pages, lead forms, and conversion flows
Work on email, WhatsApp, and retargeting funnels

5. Offline Coordination & Team Support
Attend in-person meetings in Bhubaneswar as required
Coordinate with founders, interns, and internal teams
Align digital efforts with on-ground marketing activities

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or consulting preferred)
Strong understanding of social media, content, and growth marketing
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Odia preferred)
