Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Mechatronics Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and servicing of commercial vehicles
  
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
  
• Work on advanced vehicle systems including ECU, sensors, and CAN bus
  
• Handle BS-VI (Euro 6 equivalent) systems including SCR, DPF, and AdBlue
  
• Use diagnostic tools and software for fault detection and troubleshooting
  
• Repair and maintain automatic transmission systems
  
• Ensure compliance with workshop standards and safety procedures
  
• Support continuous improvement in service quality
  

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Automobile / Mechatronics or related field
  
• Minimum 3+ years (Diploma) or 5+ years (ITI) of experience in commercial vehicle maintenance/repair/diagnostics (5 years preferred)
  
• Experience with brands like Mercedes-Benz, BharatBenz, Volvo, Scania, MAN, or Tata (Prima/Signa) preferred
  
• Knowledge of automotive electronics, diagnostics tools (Xentry/Volvo Tech Tool), CAN bus, ABS/EBS, ECAS
  
• Experience with automated transmissions (I-Shift, PowerShift, ZF TraXon)
  
• Valid car driving license (mandatory); truck license preferred
  
• Age limit: Up to 40 years

• Qualification: ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical trade • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a truck repairer or technician • Mandatory Industry Exposure: Servicing, maintenance, or repair of heavy commercial trucks • Age: 18 – 40 year
