Responsibilities

  • Operational Reports: Prepare detailed reports to ensure the smooth operation of housekeeping and front office tasks at Calibre Infotech.
  • Cleaning Duties: Step in to perform cleaning tasks during staff shortages, maintaining a spotless environment at Calibre Infotech.
  • Staff Management: Lead the recruitment process by hiring new staff and making recommendations for transfers, promotions, and dismissals.
  • Supplies Distribution: Efficiently distribute supplies and equipment to staff, ensuring seamless task execution at Calibre Infotech.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, placing orders proactively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver exceptional customer service that meets and exceeds guest expectations, enhancing the Calibre Infotech experience.
  • Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure aligned and efficient housekeeping and front office operations at Calibre Infotech.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure that all housekeeping tasks meet the high standards set by Calibre Infotech.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Training: Provide training and guidance to new staff members to ensure adherence to Calibre Infotech's standards.

Requirements

  • Relevant Qualifications: A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred for this role at Calibre Infotech.
  • Experience: Previous experience in supervising housekeeping operations or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate housekeeping staff effectively at Calibre Infotech.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to meet all cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and guests effectively.
