Social Media Manager

Position Overview

Sanctory is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to strengthen and elevate our Instagram presence and to build meaningful partnerships with content creators and brand ambassadors. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and creative sensibility.

The ideal candidate understands how strong storytelling, community building, and data driven decision making work together to grow a brand organically.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Sanctory Instagram strategy with a clear focus on brand positioning and engagement
• Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with influencers aligned with Sanctory values
• Develop and execute influencer and creator led campaigns from concept to reporting
• Manage long term relationships with content creators and brand ambassadors
• Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics and KPIs
• Translate insights into clear actions to improve reach, engagement, and growth
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all content and collaborations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong focus on Instagram
• Demonstrated success growing accounts and managing influencer campaigns
• Strong understanding of Instagram analytics, algorithm behaviour, and content formats
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategy
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with influencer management and analytics tools
• Existing network of relevant influencers and creators
• Graphic design or content creation capability
• Experience within premium, lifestyle, or luxury oriented brands
