Role Description

As a Founding Member at OranetAI, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision and execution of our innovative AI projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating on strategic planning, developing AI-powered solutions, executing groundbreaking projects, and contributing to the company's core business development efforts. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to identify opportunities and deliver tailored AI strategies that meet client needs. Your vision and leadership will directly influence the company's growth trajectory and technological advancements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with business development, strategic planning, and partnerships
• Familiarity with healthcare or fintech domains is a plus
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
