Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Brand Designer to join our lean, high-impact team at Dezerv.

As a core member of the brand marketing team, you will shape how we communicate with the top 1% of India. Your goal is to blend a premium aesthetic with functional design, translating complex financial data into simple, elegant visuals. You will create high-stakes assets ranging from HNI-facing presentations and investment notes to social media content and YouTube thumbnails that reach millions of people.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media and YouTube

Design high-impact visual hooks, including social media assets, newsletters and Youtube thumbnails, that capture the attention of a sophisticated audience. You will translate market insights into digestible, scroll-stopping content without compromising our professional brand voice.

2. Internal Branding

Shape the Dezerv culture by creating high-quality visuals for internal townhalls, hackathons, internal events and office spaces. Your work will keep the team energised and ensure our internal identity is as polished as our external presence.

3. Event Design

Create immersive brand experiences for exclusive HNI gatherings and investment conclaves. This includes everything from physical invites and brochures to large-scale environmental graphics that reflect a luxury aesthetic.

4. Brand Coherence Across Touchpoints

Maintain a seamless visual identity across all platforms, from WhatsApp messages to brand films. You will act as the brand custodian, ensuring every piece of communication is unified, consistent, and instantly recognisable as Dezerv.

5. AI-Driven Efficiency

Leverage AI tools to accelerate design workflows and find smarter, faster ways to execute high-quality work. You have a knack for integrating the latest technology to automate repetitive tasks, allowing more time for creative strategy and craft.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or if you have picked up skills on your way
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the financial services or investment industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint, Keynote, and other presentation tools.
• Knack to finding smart and faster ways of executing with Artificial Intelligence
• Strong visual design skills, including color theory, typography, and layout. Attention to detail is a must.
• Experience in data visualization, particularly with financial data and performance metrics.
