Location: Vijayawada / Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a Video Support Executive to deliver a great customer experience by installing and servicing SMART KIT devices in tractors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fieldwork, technical troubleshooting, and direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service SMART KIT devices at customer locations
• Provide video-based technical support in coordination with the tech team
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues
• Train customers on product features and mobile app usage
  
  

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
• Mandatory proficiency in Hindi & Telugu
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
