About the role
At Genpact, we partner with leading technology and SaaS organizations to run and transform their revenue operations. In this role, you will support core Sales Operations activities by enabling accurate forecasting, disciplined deal execution, and data-driven decision-making.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders, owning enterprise planning, forecasting excellence, and performance governance to drive scalable and predictable growth.

Responsibilities
.Lead annual planning, territory strategy, and quota architecture at scale
.Establish forecasting governance and pipeline inspection rigor
.Deliver executive-level insights and performance recommendations
.Lead QBRs and executive operating forums
.Drive cross functional initiatives with Finance, HR, RevOps, and Business Operations
.Champion automation, analytics, and AI-enabled sales operations
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Significant experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations
.Deep experience supporting enterprise SaaS environments such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Oracle, NetApp, or similar
.Proven ability to influence senior leadership and operate as a strategic advisor
.Strong analytical, business, and operational leadership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience leading large-scale transformation or automation initiatives
.Experience managing distributed, global teams
