Our website is www.sktechnologiesndt.com Job Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain daily reports, MIS, and project documentation. Coordinate with site engineers across India for timely submission of inspection reports and summaries. Update customer records, spreadsheets, and databases. Handle emails, quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other office documentation. Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams for smooth workflow. Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and project files and preparation of tender documents. Follow up with clients and internal teams for pending documents. Support management with administrative and office coordination tasks. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills to manage documentation, records, and daily administrative processes. - Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with inspectors, internal teams, and customers in a clear and professional manner. - Candidates should possess basic Sales support skills to assist with inquiries, proposals, and follow-up activities related to inspection services. - Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to support billing, invoicing, and simple financial record-keeping. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree and experience in industrial or technical service sectors is an advantage.
