Role & Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the Production environment.
• Define strategies for Application Performance Monitoring & Optimization.
• Handle production incidents, identify patterns, and drive reduction in recurring issues.
• Support code deployments across environments & automate processes wherever possible.
• Design and standardize Monitoring & Alerting mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot across complex tech stacks to reduce MTTR.
• Collaborate across the service lifecycle from design to deployment to continuous improvement.
• Analyze ITSM activities & provide feedback to dev teams on resiliency and operational gaps.
• Participate in system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
• Support CI / CD pipelines and lead DevOps automation best practices.
• Monitor system health including availability, latency & overall performance.
• Drive scalable solutions through automation and process improvements.
• Work with a global team across different geographies.
• Participate in rotational on-call support and occasional off-hours work.
