Job Title:Asst.Manager-QA

Reports to: HOD-QA

Minimum qualification: M.Sc.-Chemistry/B. Tech-Chemical

Responsibility

• Overall responsible for inspection of Raw material, Chemicals, In-process material & Finished goods.
• Responsible for Smooth operation of QC shift.
• Responsible for Quality Management.
• Ensure the safety of all equipment & personnel by imparting & implementing safety awareness.
• Facing Inspection & Audit related to products.
• Data analysis of quality problems.
• Attending to customer complaints.
• Responsible for Glass, Resin & binder formulation.
• Responsible for Resin & binder preparation.
• To maintain the secrecy of formulation
• Responsible for Housekeeping.
• Co-ordination with other department for better performance & smooth run of plant
• Overall responsible for QC operations & reporting to HEAD-QA
