Key Responsibilities

Define endtoend architecture for largescale Shopify Plus implementations

Design multisite and extended storefront architectures including

Multibrand deployments

Multiregion rollouts

Shared vs federated architecture patterns

Architect and implement Shopify Markets strategy

Multicountry multilanguage localized experiences

SEO and domain strategy across regions

Architect B2B commerce solutions including

Organization and buyer hierarchies

Contract pricing catalogs and bulk ordering

Integration with ERP for B2B workflows

Lead migration programs eg Magento BigCommerce Shopify Plus

Design APIfirst composable and headless architectures HydrogenRemix

Architect integrations across ERP OMS PIM CRM tax payments ecosystems

Embed AIenabled capabilities into commerce solutions including

Shopify Sidekick for operations and insights

AIdriven search personalization and merchandising

Automation of workflows using Shopify Flow and custom apps

Define standards for AIassisted development and delivery acceleration

Drive performance optimization Core Web Vitals caching CDN strategy

Lead architecture governance design reviews and best practices

Drive client discussions solutioning and presales engagements

Contribute to CoE assets accelerators and reusable frameworks

Technical Skills

Deep expertise in Shopify Plus ecosystem

Liquid Storefront API Admin API

Hydrogen headless commerce

Strong experience with

Shopify Markets multilocale architecture

Shopify B2B features and enterprise workflows

Engineering stack JavaScript TypeScript React Nodejs

Integration expertise REST GraphQL middleware design

Experience building custom apps automation and workflows

Exposure to AI in commerce Sidekick GenAI tools automation

Cloud CICD scalability and performance engineering
