Our platform enables AV designers, integrators and manufacturers to enhance their productivity by 10X, streamlining workflows and delivering exceptional results. About the Role You will own end-to-end marketing, driving brand, demand and pipeline growth across global markets. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll: Build and scale a global marketing engine Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team Drive measurable business outcomes across channels What You'll Own Growth & Strategy Define and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals Own key metrics: MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI Identify and unlock new global growth opportunities Campaigns & Demand Generation Lead integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, email, and performance marketing Own product launches and global go-to-market initiatives Drive brand awareness through PR, partnerships, and influencer collaborations Content, Brand & SEO Build a scalable content engine (blogs, videos, case studies, thought leadership) Drive organic growth via SEO and content-led strategies Position XTEN-AV as a global thought leader in SaaS + AV Team & Leadership Experience managing and leading marketing teams and owning end-to-end growth in a SaaS environment Manage external agencies across SEO, content, and performance Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams What We're Looking For 8-12 years of experience in marketing, with strong leadership exposure Experience in SaaS / B2B / technology marketing Proven track record in: o Demand generation & growth marketing o SEO, performance, and content marketing o Product launches & global campaigns You have experience building and managing marketing teams and owning end-to-end growth in a SaaS environment Hands-on with tools like: o HubSpot / CRM o Google Analytics o SEMrush or similar A builder mindset-you can think strategically and execute effectively Why Join Us?
