We’re Hiring: Growth Marketing Manager (E-commerce & Digital Revenue)

Now, we’re looking for someone who can own growth end-to-end. Not just plan it — execute it.
Role Overview This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role where you will be directly responsible for:
- Driving revenue across Shopify + marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart)
- Scaling paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube)
- Improving website conversion (CRO + UI/UX)
- Building retention systems (email, repeat purchase)
- Growing academy enrolments (courses, workshops, NailFlix)
If you’re someone who tracks numbers daily, experiments fast, and thinks in funnels — this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
1. Performance Marketing
- Run & scale campaigns across Meta, Google & YouTube
- Optimize for ROAS, CAC & conversion
- Build full-funnel strategies (awareness → conversion)
2. E-commerce Growth
- Manage Shopify revenue end-to-end
- Drive growth across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart
- Optimize listings, pricing & platform visibility
3. Website (Shopify)
- Improve conversion rate (CRO)
- Optimize UI/UX (mobile-first)
- Build high-converting landing pages
4. Retention & CRM
- Set up email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement)
- Increase repeat purchases & LTV
5. Academy Growth
- Build funnels for course enrolments & workshops
- Optimize landing pages & lead generation campaigns
What Success Looks Like - Consistent revenue growth across all channels
- Strong ROAS & efficient CAC
- Improved conversion rates & AOV
- Higher retention & repeat purchase %
Who We’re Looking For - 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce & performance marketing
- Strong experience with:
- Shopify
- Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Amazon Seller Central / marketplaces
- Someone who is:
- Data-driven & execution-focused
- Comfortable with ownership & targets
- Fast, curious, and constantly testing
Location: Mumbai (On-site) Salary: As per market standards
