Field Sales Intern

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Interns to join our team. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

● Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold outreach

● Meet potential customers and explain products/services

● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

● Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships

● Gather market feedback and share insights with the team

● Maintain records of daily activities and sales updates

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● Basic sales and negotiation skills

● Customer-focused approach

● Self-motivated and target-driven

● Willingness to travel and work in the field

GOOD TO HAVE:

● Prior internship or exposure to sales/marketing roles

● Familiarity with field sales or direct customer interaction

● Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation

Additional Information

Compensation:
Field Sales Intern: ₹7,000/month + performance-based incentives.
