We are currently seeking a SF-Reporting Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant

Role Overview

The SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant will be responsible Reports and simple Integrations needs of SuccessFactors Implementation

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze reporting requirements, document them using standardized templates for SuccessFactors Reports/Story building
• Design and Deliver dashboards and data visualizations in SuccessFactors aligned with Client Business Needs.
• Ensure compliance with global reporting standards focusing on legal and regulatory requirements involving multiple countries
• Administration of Report variants in SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of HR Processes and experience delivering HR analytics Solutions and simple Report based Integrations

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors HR Business Processes
• Hands-on SuccessFactors Roll story experience.
• Compiling Diverse report requirements on commonality parameters on Data points.
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or IT.
• 3+ years of Data Migration experience with SuccessFactors.
• SAP Platform Reporting Certification would be a plus.
