We are looking for a revenue-driven, client-facing Lead Designer who can independently handle premium residential interior projects ranging from 10-50 Lakhs and take complete ownership from first client interaction to production handover. This is a leadership role. Not just design. Not just sales. But full ownership of conversion, design excellence, and execution push. Role Overview As the Lead Designer - Premium Interiors, you will own the complete client journey: - First consultation - Concept development - Sales closure - Design freeze - BOQ finalization - PO release - Seamless handover to production You will work closely with the Business Lead to ensure timely revenue generation, premium quality output, and disciplined execution. Key Responsibilities 1) Lead Ownership & Revenue Conversion - Manage assigned premium leads independently - Drive the lead from the first meeting to sales closure - Conduct structured discussions on lifestyle needs, scope, and budgets - Develop layouts, concepts, and commercial proposals - Lead negotiations with confidence and clarity - Maintain an updated and healthy sales pipeline You are expected to convert, not just present. 2) Premium Design Development & Client Experience - Create refined, functional, and execution-ready design concepts - Ensure clarity in materials, finishes, and cost implications - Balance aesthetics with feasibility and margins - Deliver a polished, high-trust client experience - Handle objections and align expectations professionally 3) Design Freeze & Push to Production - Drive timely design finalisation and BOQ completion - Ensure accurate costing and scope clarity - Take ownership of PO release and push projects into production - Support execution teams with detailed design clarifications - Prevent scope creep and cost overruns 4) Timelines, Quality & Coordination - Meet defined design and closure timelines - Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams - Ensure smooth transition from sales to execution - Maintain premium design quality across projects 5) Reporting & Discipline - Track lead stages, conversion status, and revenue pipeline - Report sales performance, design progress, and PO status regularly - Escalate risks proactively - Follow Elite Interiors' structured processes and SOPs We're Looking For - 4-6 years of experience in premium residential interiors - Proven ability to handle 10-50 Lakhs projects independently - Strong commercial understanding of materials, costing & margins - Confident in client presentations and negotiations - Sales-oriented mindset with closure discipline - Process-driven with a high ownership mentality - Scale Design and Project Management Team, and mentor them to right direction. - Detail-focused yet fast-moving What Makes This Role Powerful?
