Responsibilities

PPC Specialist: Specifically responsible for overseeing Production Planning and Control activities, with end-to-end ownership of SAP-related processes in alignment with defined operational standards.

The PPC role involves production scheduling & Customer dispatch scheduling, coordination with production, purchase, and stores teams, monitoring daily output against the plan, managing resource allocation, ensuring inventory control, maintaining SAP data accuracy, supporting on-time delivery performance, driving efficiency across manufacturing operations, and serving as the single point of contact for customers to ensure their requirements are met and expectations are managed.

The Production Planning and Control (PPC) role encompasses end-to-end production scheduling and Customer dispatch scheduling and alignment with manufacturing targets, coordination across production, procurement, and stores to ensure material availability, real-time monitoring of daily output versus plan, and effective resource allocation. The role also includes inventory oversight, maintaining data accuracy within SAP, Additionally, the PPC function is accountable for driving operational efficiency across the value stream and acts as a single window to the customer, ensuring seamless communication and fulfillment of delivery expectations.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering/Operation
• Experience & Skills
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Automotive Industry, especially in plastic / composite components and mechanical assemblies.
• Good knowledge of inventory managment.
• Prior experience of working in Global teams preferred
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power-point, Excel & Word.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
