Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent systems and machine learning models that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development, with a passion for creating smart, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI models and algorithms tailored to business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.

• Train, test, and validate machine learning models using appropriate datasets.

• Implement AI solutions into existing infrastructure and applications.

• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and techniques.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

• Proven experience in AI/ML development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and data structures.

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps or AI model deployment pipelines.

• Publications or projects in the AI/ML space.

• Knowledge of big data tools and platforms like Spark or Hadoop.
