Position Overview

As a Senior Visual Merchandiser, you will lead the creative direction and execution of all visual merchandising strategies. Your role will be pivotal in transforming store layouts into visually engaging and customer-focused environments that reflect our brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead innovative visual merchandising strategies.

• Design and execute impactful store layouts, product placements, and seasonal displays.

• Mentor and guide a team of merchandisers to ensure brand consistency across locations.

• Collaborate with store and marketing teams to align promotions with visual presentations.

• Ensure an exceptional customer journey through visual storytelling.

Requirements

Proven experience in department store visual merchandising, especially in apparel/fashion.

Strong grasp of retail trends and customer behavior.

A keen eye for detail and creative flair.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.
