Job Description - Utility Operator
Skills Required
Air Compressor, Chilling Plant, Dg Set
- Hands on experience 3-4 years on Operation & Maintenance of Utility Equipment like Air compressor, Refrigerant dryer, Chilling plant, Cooling Tower fan, Gas fired Thermic fluid heater, DG set, Water softening Plant, bore well pump and its piping network, filtration unit & RO plant etc.
- Maintain daily utility log sheets and highlight abnormality if any.
- Monitor water quality parameters to ensure compliance with internal standards as well as trouble free utility operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance as per schedule and identify & address potential issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot utility equipment malfunctioning and perform repairs as necessary to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of utility operations with production schedule.
- Document all Utility maintenance activities, Utility equipment readings and follow operational procedures accurately.
- Strictly follow work permit system & safety guidelines of the organizations.
