Qualification Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Master's/Ph.D. in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields from a reputed institution.
• Candidates with IIT/NIT/IISc/IISER or other premier institution backgrounds are preferred.
• UGC-NET, GATE, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.

1. Experience

• Prior experience in teaching at coaching institutes, colleges, or universities is desirable.
• Freshers with strong conceptual knowledge and teaching aptitude are welcome.

1. Skills Required

• Strong command over core concepts and problem-solving in the respective subject.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, structured, and student-friendly manner.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi/Bengali for teaching.
• Dedication, patience, and passion for mentoring and motivating students.

Work Responsibilities

• Teaching and mentoring students in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Statistics across JEE, IIT-JAM, and college curricula.
• Preparing and delivering structured lectures, tutorials, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Designing study materials, practice problems, mock tests, and assignments.
• Guiding students on exam strategies, time management, and analytical problem-solving.
• Regularly assessing student performance and providing feedback and improvement plans.
• Staying updated with latest syllabus updates, exam patterns, and educational trends.
• Mentoring students for competitive exams like IIT-JEE, IIT-JAM, ISI, UPSC, and university-level exams.
