Interior Procurement and Billing

Experience: 3–4 Years (Interior Fit-out / Construction – Mandatory)

Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month

We are hiring an Interior Procurement and Billing Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor coordination, client and vendor billing, and cost control to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

• Prepare Material Requirement Lists (MRLs) as per BOQ, drawings, and site requirements
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, prepare rate comparisons, and finalize vendors as per management approval
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material delivery to site
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for planning and scheduling
• Maintain vendor records, rate contracts, and procurement documentation
• Track material consumption and ensure quality compliance

Billing

• Prepare RA bills and final bills as per BOQ and site progress
• Verify subcontractor/vendor bills with POs and measurements
• Coordinate with site teams for measurement and certification
• Maintain variation statements and extra work documentation
• Support accounts team in reconciliation and payment follow-ups

Cost Control & Documentation

• Monitor project budgets and highlight deviations
• Track additional works and revised quantities
• Maintain complete documentation for approvals and audits

Requirements

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, and procurement processes
• Proficiency in Excel and documentation
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
