Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Multi Technician specialized in the maintenance and repair of heaters, refrigerators, chillers, and air conditioning systems for commercial, residential, or industrial facilities across the Gulf region. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in HVAC systems troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance for HVAC systems, including heaters, split ACs, window ACs, chillers, and refrigerators.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot faults in equipment and systems.
• Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, fans, motors, thermostats, and sensors.
• Recharge refrigerant gases and check for gas leakages using proper tools and gauges.
• Calibrate thermostats, check airflow, and balance systems for optimal performance.
• Maintain service logs, report issues, and follow up on recurring problems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PPM) according to schedules and company standards.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to complete daily tasks and project-based work.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI certification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC and appliance maintenance in the Gulf or similar environment.
• Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers (air- and water-cooled), refrigeration cycles, and electrical connections.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and perform basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with tools like manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, and leak detectors.
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Willingness to work in shifts and under hot climate conditions.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in hotels, malls, hospitals, or FM companies in the Gulf.
• Valid Gulf driving license (preferred).
• Certifications in HVAC troubleshooting or electrical safety are an advantage.
