Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Sales Specialist - GCC. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the GCC region. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales pipeline, provide product training and support, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities also include strategizing to meet sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience in providing Training to support clients in understanding and utilizing services effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT solutions and sales in the GCC region is an advantage.
