We are renowned for our comprehensive care across all specialties and sub-specialties, particularly in diagnostics and remedial care for heart diseases, transplantation, vascular, and neurosciences medicine.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an RCM Manager located in Bengaluru. The RCM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the revenue cycle management processes, including billing, coding, and collections. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with medical staff and administrative teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient accounts, managing patient billing inquiries, optimizing revenue cycle performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Billing, and Coding
  • Strong skills in Collections and Account Management
  • Ability to coordinate with medical staff and administrative teams
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to healthcare billing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in healthcare management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
