Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and ensuring targets are met. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and evaluating the performance of the sales team to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
