Role: Data Governance Analyst (Data Analyst)

Fulltime: Hybrid (3 days to office)

Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology/Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT governance, data governance, and AI project oversight, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical AI practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools, data governance platforms, and AI technologies.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of data protection regulations, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with governance tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning through continuous learning and professional development.
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle, enterprise data management, and IT governance frameworks.
• Experience with various AI, Data, IT tools including MS Office Suite.
