Role and Responsibilities

• Generate new business from assigned areas

• Meet customers, understand their insurance needs and offer suitable products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Ensure timely follow up with leads for higher conversion

• Support customers during policy issuance and after sales service

• Maintain daily activity reports and share updates with the team

Key Skills Required

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Knowledge of insurance products and market trends

• Ability to meet sales targets

• Self motivated and result oriented personality

• Basic understanding of digital tools and CRM

Eligibility

• Minimum one year experience in insurance sales
