Data Entry Assistant- Hyderabad - Work from Office

The Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining organizational data in digital systems and databases. The role ensures data integrity, confidentiality, and timely availability of information for reporting and operational decision-making. This position requires high attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
• Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission.
• Identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information and report them to the concerned department.
• Compile, organize, and present data in structured formats for management reports.
• Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical records, if applicable).
• Generate periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as required.
• Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data protection policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and clarify required information.
• Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss.
• Support administrative tasks related to documentation and record maintenance.
  
  

Educational Qualification

• High School Diploma / HSC / Graduate (preferred).
• Certification in computer applications will be an added advantage.
