Executive - Trading Application Support

Job Purpose:

• The candidate will be part of a team which handles the Retail & Algo Trading application and infrastructure for an elite trading group and will be responsible for
• Ensuring high uptimes
• Error free EOD/BOD Processing
• Performance monitoring
• Offering cutting edge solutions for a highly dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Support of Trading Applications

Ensuring Error Free BOD/EOD & High Uptimes for Trading application

• Performance & Infra Monitoring
• Deployment of patches, log analysis, day-to-day activities involving Production & UAT environments
• Coordination with external vendors and various teams with regards to Trading Applications and it's management.
• Resolve to learn and work on the existing Trading Applications and on new products

Qualifications: Graduate

Experience:

• 1-2 Years of experience in Linux and Linux Based platforms along with shell scripting/python. Experience in a technology team/Production support team at any Stockbrokers is desirable. Most importantly, the will to work in stock broking firm in capacity of Trading Application Support.
• Good knowledge of Linux with shell scripting skills. Knowledge on Python will be a positive and desirable.
• Knowledge on Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios etc. are desirable.
