Job description

Beat Educations, a leading EdTech firm delivering SAP, Oracle, and HR tech certifications across India & UAE, seeks a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Trainer. Join us to empower professionals with cloud HR expertise in modules like Employee Central, Recruiting, and Performance Management—perfect for our B2B corporate training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including hands-on labs for end-users and admins.
  • Develop customized course materials, user guides, and assessments aligned with latest updates (e.g., S/4HANA integration).
  • Provide post-training support, gather feedback, and refine programs for 90%+ learner proficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors training/implementation; certifications (e.g., SuccessFactors Employee Central) preferred.
  • Expertise in core modules: EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals.
  • Strong presentation skills; experience with adult learning and virtual tools (Zoom/LMS).
