Social Media Marketing Manager

What You'll Do

• Craft scroll-stopping captions, reels ideas & story sequences
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars (yes, with intention)
• Post, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn & more
• Jump on trends without losing brand soul
• Engage with the community — comments, DMs, conversations
• Collaborate with designers, video editors & founders
• Help client brands sound human, not corporate
• Track what's working (and what's not) and improve constantly

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Loves storytelling more than 'just posting'
• Has a natural sense of tone, emotion & timing
• Understands Instagram & LinkedIn culture deeply
• Can write clean, creative, and relatable captions
• Thinks in reels, hooks, and narratives
• Is organized but not boring
• Can handle multiple brands without losing their voice
• Isn't afraid to pitch ideas or question 'why we're posting this'

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked with brands, creators, or agencies
• Understand personal branding & founder-led content
• Have a basic eye for design & aesthetics
• Can turn a simple idea into a content series
• Love books, art, cinema, music, or culture (we do )
