Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
• Knowledge of HR management, policies, and employee benefits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
