Job Title: Product / Business Analyst – Supply Chain (Pre-Sales & Client Engagement)

Work Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)

Qualification: MBA or equivalent in Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics (mandatory)

Experience: 0–1 year (MBA graduates preferred—Freshers)

Role Overview

This is a client-facing role focused on pre-sales and solutioning. We are looking for candidates who can understand business problems, think structurally, and confidently articulate solutions to clients.

This role is not limited to traditional business analysis — it requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to engage in business discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Client Interaction (Core Focus)

• Will actively participate in client discussions to understand business challenges.
• Will support and deliver product demos and solution walkthroughs to prospective clients.
• Will translate business problems into clear, structured solution narratives.
• Will create high-quality presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Will support RFP/RFI responses with well-articulated solution inputs.
• Will work closely with sales teams during deal discussions and closures.

Solutioning & Business Understanding

• Will analyse client supply chain network and identify pain areas
• Will define solution approaches with clear business value and practical applicability.
• Will articulate 'why this solution' and 'what value it delivers' to clients.
• Will contribute to improving solution positioning based on market feedback.

Data & Insights

• Will use data and logical reasoning to support business cases and solution recommendations.
• Will prepare structured reports and insights for internal and client discussions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management fundamentals:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and articulation skills (non-negotiable)
• Ability to think in a structured, problem-solving manner
• Confidence in handling client-facing discussions
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to simplify complex problems into clear business solutions

Language Requirements

• English and Hindi – Mandatory
• Regional languages such as Kannada or Tamil – Preferred
