Video Editor

We're looking for a creative, short form video editor who knows how to create scroll-stopping hooks and high-converting short-form ads.

This is an in-office role for someone who understands D2C/ SAAS advertising, UGC-style content, and fast-paced performance creatives.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (In-office)

Pay: 30,000/month + bonus incentives on performance

What You'll Do

• Create UGC-style, performance-driven video ads for Meta, TikTok & YouTube
• Edit fast-paced, high-retention short-form ads with strong hooks
• Develop multiple angles & iterations for A/B testing
• Use CapCut Desktop (Pro) for daily ad production
• Collaborate with copywriters & media buyers to execute winning concepts
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT,Gemini, Crivey) for ideation, scripting & assets
• Analyse creative performance and double down on what works

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience developing creatives for Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube ads
• Strong understanding of scroll-stopping hooks & attention psychology
• Experience with UGC ads, performance ads, fast-paced editing styles
• Excellent copy instincts — hooks, headlines, UGC-style scripts
• Experience in health, wellness, or supplements is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-testing, performance environment
• Must be able to work in-office at Goregaon West
