Java Technical Support Engineer

We're looking for a 7+yrs of Java Technical Support Engineer with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in Java, SQL, and application support to join our growing team. If you thrive in a 24x7 rotational support environment and enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts, analyse logs, and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot problems, provide code fixes, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage tickets, incidents, problems, and change requests using ServiceNow/JIRA.
• Create and utilize monitoring solutions to enhance application performance.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain quality logs for all production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue escalation and resolution.
• Manage shifts, reports, RFPs, and support delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Java-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow & JIRA ticket management.
• Exposure to Azure services and log monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud support and automation in production environments.
