About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist to support our operations team in processing and managing EB1A-related documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong research and communication skills, a knack for accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume data workflows in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What You Will Do

• Conduct structured research and validate client-provided data across modules such as scholarly articles, awards, memberships, and more.
• Process and manage client applications including intake forms, strategy sheets, and evidence folders.
• Perform quality checks, peer reviews, and ensure document compliance with internal and legal standards.
• Track and manage publication schedules, award applications, and content submissions with 100% accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Client Success Managers, Editorial, Legal) and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Respond to client queries and internal tickets (via Asana or email) within 24-hour SLA timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records in designated trackers and ensure adherence to naming conventions.
• Ensure 0% error rate in communication, tagging, uploads, and submissions.
• Continuously improve internal processes through structured feedback and collaboration.

What You Will Need

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data operations, publishing, research, or documentation role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficient with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• High ownership and accountability in managing end-to-end processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in legal, immigration, publishing, or academic domains.
• Familiarity with EB1A requirements and supporting documentation.
• Exposure to quality review or peer feedback cycles.
