Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Associate based in Siliguri. The Telecaller Associate will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, managing customer inquiries, guiding clients in planning travel itineraries, offering recommendations, and promoting company services. They will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and additional regional languages being a plus
- Experience in customer service or telesales, with a focus on handling inquiries and resolving queries
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of travel and tourism industry, particularly in destinations such as Sikkim, Bhutan, Andaman, and the Northeast
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in tourism or travel-related roles is an advantage
