Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of complex, high-value developments by

ensuring effective planning, site execution, and stakeholder coordination. This role is critical in

driving day-to-day project activities, monitoring quality, and ensuring timely delivery in line

with design and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Oversee daily site activities and ensure seamless coordination across all disciplines.
• Maintain strong communication between architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage project documentation including reports, schedules, minutes, and issue logs.
• Coordinate project meetings with contractors and consultants, capturing and tracking action points.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Track and monitor submissions/approvals for drawings, RFIs, materials, and procurement.
• Monitor execution for compliance with design, specifications, and quality standards.
• Track material deliveries; follow up with vendors to mitigate delays.
• Manage site logistics and storage long-lead and critical items.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years' experience in hospitality or high-end commercial projects (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and interior drawings.
