Project Coordinator - Transmission line EPC

Qualification and Experience:

Candidate should be a BE / B.Tech (EEEE) / DEEE with 5 to 12 years' experience in Project Co-Ordination in Transmission Line.

Job Responsibilities

· Project Planning, Resource Planning and Providing Customize work breakdown structure.

· Preparing Budget for Supply and Installation Portion of Line

· Subcontractor Negotiation.

· Managing and solving technical issues raised at site for avoiding hampering of work.

· Co-ordinate with procurement team for supply of materials on time and coordinate with engineering team for getting approval of drawing & other documents.

· Tracking day to day site activities for improving the progress and to avoid stoppage of work.

· Co-ordinate with client for getting approval for shutdown & crossing and intimate them if any deviations required or done against contract.

· Preparation of Project summary report monthly to estimate the usage of available resources.

· Reconciliation of materials & resources and other technical reports

· Preparation of work orders, amendments & reconciliation for subcontract works

· Preparation of Monthly bills of subcontractors and forwarding the same for releasing the payment.

· Preparing weekly progress report & Monthly progress report.

· Handling Field Quality for material (FQP Engineer) as per the specification of the Client.

· Preparing weekly progress report & Monthly progress report.

· Assisting for preparing Monthly Invoices and submitting the same for client billings.

· Following up with the Client for drawing submission and approval.

Other Skills

· Knowledge in MS Office, PPT Presentation, etc.

· English Language Skills-Spoken and Written

· Knowledge of spoken Hindi (preferable)

· Good Team Player

· Willingness to take up both domestic and overseas assignments
