What You'll Do

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in scaling our programs by reaching new audiences, nurturing leads, and creating strategic partnerships.Your Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential leads via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Assist in organizing and promoting masterclasses, webinars, and info sessions
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into enrolled learners
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve messaging and outreach campaigns
• Maintain CRM updates and track prospect status, follow-ups, and conversions
• Explore institutional tie-ups with colleges, training centers, and creators

What We're Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the education-tech space
• Self-driven, persistent, and confident in handling rejections
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Notion, Hubspot, Canva, or LinkedIn Outreach
