Your Impact

In this role, you will architect, implement, and lead high-performing Azure cloud and DevOps practices for large-scale eCommerce projects.

You will ensure our infrastructure is secure, scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance while mentoring a high-performing DevOps team and driving governance, automation, and operational excellence.

Your Role Will Include:

1. Leading the design, implementation, and management of Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations.
2. Overseeing large-scale eCommerce projects with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
3. Providing hands-on expertise in Kafka, in-memory databases, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Kubernetes (K8s), and Akamai.
4. Driving governance, security compliance, and policy enforcement for cloud and DevOps environments.
5. Managing and mentoring a larger DevOps team to ensure delivery excellence.
6. Overseeing release management processes, including CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and deployment strategies.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement architectural solutions aligned with business needs.

What You Bring:

1. Azure Certified Solutions Architect credentials and expertise in Azure cloud technologies.
2. Proven experience in leading DevOps teams and delivering large-scale, high-availability eCommerce solutions.
3. Proficiency with Kubernetes, Kafka, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Akamai, and in-memory database solutions.
4. Strong knowledge of security principles, governance, and compliance in cloud environments.
5. Hands-on skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates), CI/CD tools, and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
6. Experience Required: 8 + yrs in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
7. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
