Your goal isn't just to manage a reputation — it's to build a legacy. You will be the voice of the brand across high-authority platforms, turning our client success stories into a dominant market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Authority & Community Engagement

• Execute proactive campaigns to elevate our 'Expert' status on Google, Trustpilot, and industry forums.
• Build micro niche-based communities and lead discussions in elite circles (LinkedIn, Reddit, specialized forums) to build trust and high-level engagement.

2. Growth Strategies

• Proactively create the environment that generates positive reviews, authority mentions, and organic advocacy.
• Partner with Content & SEO teams to ensure our success stories rank #1 for all branded and category search queries and suppress negative search results.
• Develop a 'Client Champion' program to turn successful EB-1A recipients into long-term brand ambassadors.

3. Crisis & Response Management

• Establish a proactive reputation risk monitoring framework to identify early signals of negative sentiment, misinformation, or competitive attacks.
• Develop structured response protocols and escalation matrices for reviews, public criticism, and sensitive client matters.
• Lead timely, brand-aligned responses across platforms while safeguarding credibility and professionalism. Partner with Legal and PR teams to manage high-impact situations, media inquiries, and potential reputation escalations.

4. Tracking & Optimization

• Sentiment Analytics: Track brand health and share actionable insights with leadership to keep us ahead of market trends.
• Monitor search visibility, review ratings, brand mentions, and authority signals to continuously optimize ORM performance.

Who You Are

• You bring 5+ years of professional experience with demonstrated success in managing and scaling Online Reputation profiles for brands or high-visibility businesses.
• A Storyteller & Connector: You know how to translate a complex legal win into a compelling 'Extraordinary' success story, and you enjoy engaging with high-net-worth individuals and industry thought leaders.
• Strategic & Proactive: You don't wait for reviews; you create the environment that generates them.
• Community Architect: You have a proven track record of building and moderating micro-niche communities on Reddit, LinkedIn, or Discord.
• Analytical Mindset: You treat reputation as data, using sentiment analysis to drive brand pivots and leadership decisions.
