Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control – Chemical Division

1. Mechanical QA/QC Inspector

Job Summary:

The Mechanical QA/QC Inspector ensures that all mechanical fabrication, erection, and maintenance activities within the chemical processing units conform to project specifications, codes, and safety standards. The role involves inspection of mechanical equipment, piping systems, pressure vessels, tanks, and rotating/static machinery used in chemical operations of the steel plant.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12 years of QA/QC experience in mechanical works within a steel plant, refinery, or chemical process plant.
• Preferred Certifications: NDT Level 2 Certification mandatory
• Knowledge of corrosion, chemical compatibility, and pressure testing.

2.Civil QA/QC Inspector

Job Summary:

The Civil QA/QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all civil and structural works related to chemical plants meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This includes inspection of foundations, RCC structures, tanks, trenches, chemical containment areas, and structural steel supports within the chemical department.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's in engineering with 5-7 years experience in similar position in a Steel plant
