Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Carpet Designer at Rugs & Co. The role will be located in Bhadohi district, with some work from home flexibility. The Carpet Designer will be responsible for creating and designing unique carpet patterns, collaborating with manufacturers, and ensuring the quality and aesthetics of the final products.

Qualifications

• Carpet Design, Textile Design, and Color Theory skills
• Experience in working with manufacturers and suppliers
• Attention to detail and creative thinking skills
• Knowledge of carpet materials and construction techniques
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Textiles, or related field
